We make every effort to display product colors and details as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your screen will display colors exactly as they appear.
Orders and Pricing
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Prices for products are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of products or pricing.
We offer free shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required.
Payment
All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept multiple payment methods, all processed securely through trusted payment providers. We do not store your payment details. By submitting your payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Order Processing
Each item is printed and quality-checked before shipping. Processing takes 3 to 5 business days, followed by approximately 2 business days for packing and handover to our shipping partner.
Total processing time: 3–5 business days (printing + quality check + packing).
Shipping and Delivery
Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. Delivery estimates are for reference only. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control.
We choose the shipping carrier for each order to ensure the best service. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at anicoresupport@gmail.com with your order number. Once an order has entered the printing and quality check stage, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Returns and Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we will make it right.
Returns for change of mind are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
Returns and Reshipments
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, the buyer will be responsible for covering the cost of reshipping before the order is sent out again.
Taxes and Import Duties
Any taxes, customs fees, or import duties imposed by your country are the buyer's responsibility. If a package is held or returned due to unpaid customs charges, the buyer is responsible for any associated costs. We do not cover customs charges on your behalf.
Intellectual Property
